Insurance and Financing
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO but can file with other insurance carriers as well. At this time we do not accept or file with Medicaid. We will file insurance claims but the patient is responsible for any non-payment from the insurance company.
Payment, insurance deductibles, and co-pays are due when services are rendered. We offer a no-interest, no-fee payment plan through CareCredit for individuals who qualify regardless of their insurance coverage. It takes only three simple steps, including an instant approval process, to apply. After approval, you are free to use CareCredit for our services and other medical services including LASIK, veterinary, cosmetic, hearing aids, and more.
